Apples and Pumpkin in Full Swing

I indulged in Starbucks pumpkin spice latte in the beginning of September, and I made apple cinnamon muffins not too long ago.  After this past weekend it’s safe to say that I’m fully invested in fall this year.  On top of our apple-scented and spiced-pumpkin candles, I made homemade apple sauce courtesy of A Beautiful Mess and a Cider Brined Pork Roast courtesy of Bon Appetit.  Below you’ll also see pictured pumpkin spice scones (Iowa Girl Eats), homemade pumpkin spice latte, and pumpkin ginger snaps (Two Peas & Their Pod).  All of them have been so tasty!!  Thanks to the aforementioned blog writers for supplying such wonderful fall recipes!
